Refund & Cancellation Policies

We at Craftinence India Private Limited, believe in providing you the best of handcrafted or sustainable products.

But if by chance the products don’t satisfy your expectations we also have an easy return and refund policy.

• You must inform us about your wish to return your product within 5 days from the date of delivery and the product should reach us within 30 days. (To be couriered by the customer at his/her cost, which will be reimbursed)  
• If the product you receive is damaged, drop in a return request. 
• The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. 
• The product should be returned in a well packed box so as to avoid any damage in the transit. 
• The shipping address of CRAFTINENCE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED should be clearly mentioned on the package to be returned and in complete detail. 

Upon receiving the product we will inspect the damage and provide you with an option of either a replacement or a reimbursement. (Note: The delivery cost of the replacement will be completely borne by us, in case found to be justifiable and authentic.) Returns will not be accepted under the following scenarios: 

• The product has been tampered with in any way.
• The product has been used, washed or changed in any other way.
• Crafts are prone to slight differences in the design, colour and pattern work, hence we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your reasons for making a return.
• We enable our users to review their orders in each stage & again finally prior checkout process. You are earnestly requested to enquire or review about any doubts or clarification that you may have regarding any products before going for the final checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note: 

• For cancelling an order kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] 
• The order can only be cancelled if it has not already been shipped.
• If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount. 
• However, once the order has been shipped from our end, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side. 

• Most of the products on Craftinence India, are skillfully handcrafted and carefully curated, and there may be variations in color and shape of the actual product against that as shown on the website.  This is due to the differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using and mainly due to the products being carefully handcrafted individually. 
• For products in our home décor segment like cushion covers, table mats, table runners there may be the above variations in color and shape of the actual product against that as shown on the website.
• If the order being found accidentally damaged, have manufacturing defect or have any miss in terms of quality check from our end do mail us [email protected] and post verification we would consider the refund. 
• In such cases the full amount would be refunded, however in all other scenarios refund process and amount will be on Craftinence India Private Limited sole discretion based on authenticity, severity & case specific. 
• Our address would be mentioned in your invoice.
